You Always Pay For Training
Whether You Provide It Or Not!
As a member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute faculty, Vicki teaches the CALP, CAM, CAS and CAPS NAA designation courses. Due to her extensive experience in training customer service to maintenance personnel, she was also recruited to write the "soft skills" portion of the new CAMT designation program. She holds the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations. She is a Past President of the Austin Apartment Association, has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Apartment Association, and as a Delegate to the National Apartment Association for over a decade.
When Vicki was a young girl, her family used to go out to eat at a comfortable, home cooking restaurant, referred to as a "meat and three". It meant that the meals offered on the menu consisted of one meat and three sides. And, if she ate everything on her plate, there would be dessert. She is now bringing this menu plan to your teams, for their training "comfort food".
The Meat is the main course. It is the message for the entire training session, and will be the heartiest part of the meal. The sides are there to supplement the meal. There will be three great ideas, or takeaways, that will support the meat of the meal. And, YES! There will be dessert.
Vicki has written and presented seminars on industry related subjects for over 25 years. Seminars include leasing, customer service, team management and marketing. Attendees will walk away with a lot of "meat" to implement immediately. Referred to as entertraining, her seminars are presented in a humorous, thought provoking style, that has challenged thousands of attendees to perform at their best level
