Vicki Sharp, CALP, CAPS, CDPM, brings over 45 years of property management experience to her audiences and clients. After serving an enlistment in the US Army, Vicki found her passion in the multi-family management industry. She has filled the roles of leasing consultant, assistant manager, community manager, regional manager, vice president of property management, and ultimately owned a third party, fee management business.
Because she has filled virtually all roles in property management, she brings a true "boots on the ground" perspective. Using real life experiences and stories, along with factual case studies, she helps attendees walk away with ideas to put in place immediately, improving operations and efficiencies.
Her passions are Faith, Family, and this Industry. She and her husband have raised five strong children. Now, they enjoy watching nine beautiful grandchildren grow. They are grateful for this industry, which has provided for their family. Vicki loves to give back by training and mentoring those who will now follow in their footsteps. There is nothing more rewarding than to have a former seminar attendee tell her that she made a difference in their career.
